What is GiantsTV
GiantsTV is Huddersfield Giants online video subscription service. We bring you all the latest match action, interviews, features and behind-the-scenes content from the club via our video player that allows you to watch HD quality video on a top-class, easy-to-use website.
What will I be able to watch?
Subscribers to GiantsTV will be able to watch full match replays from all Giants’ teams; Men’s First Team, Men’s Reserves, Academy, Scholarship and Women’s side (within Sky TV time frame stipulations – Full 80 minutes not before Monday after the weekend round of matches). There’ll also be the usual pre and post-match interviews with players and coaches. We will re-live memorable matches against our upcoming opposition with new archive footage under our ‘Classic’ category, whilst there will be a host of new EXCLUSIVE content.
What will GiantsTV cost?

Why do I have to pay for GiantsTV?
Over the past year fans will have seen an increase in video content in and around the club. In order to resource this increase in content and due to the on-going demand for even more content, plus the need for increased revenue across the club, we must now charge a small monthly cost to viewers. These costs are in-line with our fellow Super League opposition who the majority also are now charging for online video content.
How do I get access to GiantsTV?
All you need to access GiantsTV is an Internet enabled PC, Mac, Tablet or Smart Phone. We make sure you can view all the HD content anywhere in the world on all devices. You will also need to have registered for GiantsTV.
Can I cast this to my TV?
Yes you can load the site on your desktop machine and cast to a television. That said GiantsTV has been built to work as a website. It is therefore down to a User’s individual setup as to whether it would work i.e. whether your Smart TV will load the GiantsTV website.
How do I log in to GiantsTV?

What if I cannot remember my password?
Click the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the Login Page and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription just login to your GiantsTV account, using your Email address and Password, then click on Subscriptions and simply click the Cancel Subscription Button. Your subscription will continue for the period you have already paid for and will then cease at the end of this billing cycle.
Does my GiantsTV subscription auto-renew
YES! Your GiantsTV subscription will automatically renew in advance of the start of the next billing cycle so that you can enjoy uninterrupted access. You may opt out of auto-renewal billing at any time by cancelling your subscription. When you cancel your subscription it will continue for the period you have already paid for and will then cease at the end of this billing cycle.
